The most worst lady whoever picked up the phone call the date: January 23rd 12:44pm. She doesn’t talk nicely to customers. I don’t understand how can you be this bad person if you had a bad day don’t come to work that or if you don’t like your job quit!!! You don’t need be mad with customers. Customers didn’t do anything to your life. Please where is her manager??? I work with your company for 11 years now I never this type attitude with me. Please manager check your employees the way they talk to people!!! Specially her she is gonna mess up your business!!!

Used Bensonhurst Car Service for 25 years, literally since the day I came to the US – they were the first car that ever picked me up at the airport.Sadly, they’ve gone downhill badly. Lost me as a customer today.Dispatcher was rude and condescending on the phone (“I already told you the price, why are you asking again” – when I never heard it the first time). Promised to call back with the car info for my wife, never did, then snapped “Next time you order…” like it’s my fault.Driver was doing 50 mph on the highway, slower than every single car around, holding up traffic.Very disappointed. Won’t use again.

Very bad service the guy yelled at me for looking up a address to a bagel shop and he started getting upset definitely will not be calling here ever agian terrible

DO NOT USE! The car from here got into a wreck, causing injuries to my mother who was a passenger and then refused to even waive the fee for the ride! The boss told the next driver who came to leave my injured elderly mother on the side of the road after an accident if she doesn't pay full price!!! Mr boss man - you are inhuman and should be ashamed, I hope no one treats your family the same way you treat people!

Literally the worst car service company ever do not give them your money the are very rude I was trying to order a car and look up an address and then the guy on the phone started yelling and screaming at me and probably cursed me in Russian or something very very horrible never buy here
