My mother couldn’t make to her last appointment due to medical situation. She’s 75+ year old lady I called and the clinic.Refuse to see a patient over one no-show refused to reschedule services …. one and only clinic in New York City who dismissed the patient over a 1 no-show a very bad unprofessional behavior … Used to be a great place when there was another doctors Who understand that the patient have a life N things happens, but I haven’t seen so pathetic policy in entire New York City. I went to get work done starting in December of last year for fillings pounds and root canals. My feelings look like there was nothing done. I still have holes where he supposedly did the fillings. My crowns don’t match my teeth. They’re bulky they don’t match top crowns and they don’t even match the teeth on the bottom with their next to the dentist is not friendly does not speak or communicate does not make you feel welcomed and overall again, the work was horrible and I use my pop Nateja smith
