Fantastic dentist! I have used them for years and they always do good work. My mouth was a mess when I came to them with my years of no dental insurance really haven taken a bite out of my dental health. They helped put together a plan for me and have guided me through all the stages of returning my mouth to great condition! They are a bit more expensive, but they work with you, and the quality you receive is worth every penny! I have been in their care for over 3 years, and I can tell you that I have always had the utmost professional care from their staff.

I’ve had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Lau, and I can confidently say he is one of the best dentists I've encountered. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to clearly explain treatment options, which helps put you at ease. His straightforward approach is exactly what you need when it comes to dental care, making it easy to trust his recommendations. The staff is also amazing. They are consistently kind, welcoming, and always a pleasure to interact with. I highly recommend Dr. Lau and his team to anyone looking for excellent dental care. Thank you!

Avoid...! This place is Sucks. They gave me appointment and thier office was closed for whole day. Unprofessional-worst dentist i ever seen. Found better places block away called New Leafs Dental. Open always and they call their clients for notification.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! On the day of my appointment which was September 2nd I was the first patient in the office. Then other patients arrived after me having the same appointment time. Regardless of me being the first to check in they saw me LAST. I waited an hour and a half. There was another patient before me that also waited too long but instead they just left because it was ridiculous. They had preference over patients. I needed a crown, And I mentioned to the Dr that my insurance was going to expire the end of the month so that if the authorization can please be put through as soon as possible. I let him know I understood it may not be approved before then which I completely understand. BUT, I had called in between to check on the status and I kept getting told that the authorization is pending. Today I decided to call my insurance because it has been 16 days since my last visit and I come to find out NO AUTHORIZATION HAS EVEN BEEN PUT THROUGH. This is completely unacceptable and disgusting. I do not recommend this place AT ALL! Please don’t waste you’re time going here it is NOT WORTH IT!!!

This place sucks!!! I had an appointment at 10am and no one showed up!! I had been waiting for an hour in the cold outside and no one opened the door!!! If they are off today why do you schedule appointments today??? I called so many time and no one picked up the phone. Their texting system seems to be AI and they can’t help. I didn’t even get to see the dentist and this is an absolutely bad experience!!!!!!!!! Avoid this place
