Wonderful full service. Very reasonable prices. Lots of service people, very respectful and real quick service. Comfortable office, Arthur is just very attentive, a d kept me up to date on all work being done. I highly recommend this service station, very busy and great service. I will definitely return for any work needed. None better!

I am from Queens, but I take my car to them for service because they are the best! They are honest and do not recommend unnecessary repairs. Their suggestions are easy to understand—nothing complicated at all. I have been bringing my Benz to them for maintenance since last year, and they always recommend using genuine parts to reduce the risk of breakdowns. Their prices are reasonable, and they make an effort to fix everything as quickly as possible. They have extensive knowledge of German cars and other brands as well. I plan to continue having my car maintained by them for the long term. I am a very satisfied customer! 😌

I found this place via Google search, I had a track car project that I wanted to test out and wanted to outsource labor to. Unfortunately, early BMW 335i models overheat too easily for 20 minute racing sessions, so I sold the car. Once I have time for another project car, this place will work on my next project. Loon is a nice guy, transparent, and seems well known locally in Bensonhurst area. He accidentally dinked my car a bit and told me right away, offered to replace whatever was needed, but I intended the car to get abused so didn’t mind. He did the following for my car: 1.5 way differential Engine and turbo Maintenance Coilovers Alignment Poly bushings Wheels and tires Fender rolling (slightly but not crazy as I’ve seen at other places) Bigger radiator Additional oil coolers Front/rear sway bars

Was looking for a great local mechanic shop to install custom coil overs for my bmw. Since my suspension has seen better days and one side had broken springs. So I decided to try this one near me, literally a walking distance. They are very kind and assisting with questions I had, pricing/quote and how long it would have taken. Even gave additional advise on adjustments, how low they can lower it and the softness of the shocks. Once job was completed, I was notified promptly to come and pick up my car. Additionally pricing was excellent and end result of installation is of the highest quality. Would 100% recommend this local shop for all of your needs be it maintenance, repairs, custom installation, you name it. I will definitely be back for my left headlight having condensation. I want to share my double-bad experience with this shop. My car had a brake screeching. I drove it to these guys. They advised me to replace my original rotors and brakes, as if "warning" to the new aftermarket rotors. I trusted them and paid $600 for this service. After taking my car, I found that the brakes still were screeching and more, they had lost the wheel cap with the Mercedes-Benz logo in the center of the wheel, as shown in the picture. I took back the car and asked them for an explanation. The manager told me that they did not know where the cap was and advised me to buy a new one and they would install it. As for the sound, he told me that I should not have installed non-original rotors, and because of this, the brakes had sound. I advise all, just do not waste your time and health trusting your car to them because, as my experience shows, if they make a mistake or do something wrong, you will never be able to ask them to repair or refund you. P.S. The shop responded to me, asking why I bought an expensive car if I could not afford to install the original parts. From the beginning, they gave me both options, original and non-original, but they proved that either one would solve the screeching problem. Accordingly, I chose the one that was more cheap. Unfortunately, they were unable to correctly diagnose the problem source and replaced the part that had nothing to do with the issue. UPDATE: Finally another shop technicians found out what the problem was. It appeared that rear break pads, not the front. So, I lost $600 in unnecessary replacement of good parts. I can not consider these technicians experienced who are unable to distinguish faulty pads, front or rear.
