The guys that work here are very friendly, but my actual experience with phone repair was terrible. I chose here because the reviews were so good. I brought the phone in for a broken microphone. In trying to repair the issue, they broke my phone screen and sent me away saying they would have the phone back to me in 3 days, so I left without a phone. I went back on the 3rd day and they said they needed another day but that they would repair both the issue I came in for and the screen. When I went back the next day, it turns out they didn't fix the original issue (told me they realized it couldn't be repaired) and then tried to charge me $120 for the screen repair (which they broke!). After much arguing, I paid them $60 and left. Only to discover that they had put a non-legitimate screen on my phone and the fingerprint scanner can no longer work, locking me out of all of my apps. So basically, I spent $60 and 4 days without my phone, and then had to buy a brand new phone anyway. I really debated writing a review since I know it's a small local business, but it's been a frustrating experience and I just received my new phone in the mail, 2 weeks later.
