I had an amazing experience adopting from Best Friends Society. I adopted my kitten at just 8 weeks old, and she already came spayed and with her initial shots, which made the entire process so smooth and stress-free. The service was truly amazing from start to finish. The staff was kind, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure the adoption was the right fit. They were also running a promotion at the time, and I was lucky enough to adopt my little bundle of joy for free. Her name is Dreame, and she has been such a blessing in my life. I’m incredibly grateful to Best Friends Society for everything they do and for helping me find my perfect companion. Highly recommend to anyone looking to adopt! 🐾💖

Almost a month ago, I adopted Franklin (formerly Spider-Man) from Best Friends. My boyfriend and I went into the shelter to look at another cat but fell in love with his sweet personality and couldn’t leave without him! The staff were all kind and helpful, and you could tell how much they care for all of the animals there. The process was quick, and talking through his medical history put us at ease. He’s the sweetest guy and, after taking a week to warm up to his new environment, has really opened up. We are so thankful to Best Friends for giving us Frank!

I adopted my kitten, Freya almost 3 months old, about 10 days ago and it’s truly one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. She was very shy at first, but she adjusted so fast. Every day she becomes more playful, affectionate, and cuddly. She also gets along amazingly well with my other cat. they’ve become instant friends! I’m so grateful to the shelter for taking such good care of her before she came home with me. Thank you for helping Freya find her forever home and for making the adoption process so smooth. Staff was very helpful, energetic,and loving. Coming here was so worth it, everyone was informative and communicated extremely well. Was very nice to meet Lauren who loves and fostered my Annabelle until her adoption. They give you a starter kit if needed Such a great place to find my best friend and complete my family. It was a absolute pleasure coming to Best Friends! My partner was set on adopting from here and very happy we did!! All the staff were truly lovely and very helpful. It was quite busy as it seems to be usually they were efficient while still providing excellent information and attention to the animals and potential adopters. Also worth mentioning it was clear from the second we walked in that the staff genuinely cares about the animals in their care and wanted them to go to appropriate homes. 10/10 experience would highly recommend to anyone! We adopted a sweet baby fluff named Redbeard we were also offered excellent options for vet referrals, pet insurance, and other resources in an organized accessible way. Thank you again best friends!
