Highly recommend is an UNDERSTATEMENT! I have been getting treatments from Beth for 2-3 years now. I was very new to acupuncture and I wasn't sure what to expect, but I can safely say there is no pain from the needles, just pure magic! Every time I go in for a session, as an athlete, I bring in A TON of issues for her to have fun with 🤪 She greatly helps me recover and feel brand new! Not a lot of people work like her, so much attention to detail, knowledge, passion for what she does to help each individual 🙏🏼 From trigger release to dry needling, cupping, even the massage she begins with feels amazing! Can’t wait for my next session!

Beth is great! Sessions with her helped me treat my chronic back and neck pain, manage my pms symptoms, and anxiety. She is very attentive to my concerns and went over a whole check list to understand all the problem areas. She tailors your treatment specifically to you and your particular situation. Beth mixes can mix up different methods: needles, cups, massage (etc.). She also creates relaxing environment with music and heat, so it’s just a very pleasant experience overall.

Beth is a magician! I have been seeing her for a couple of years now and she has made dramatic changes and positive improvements to my body! She is amazing with trigger release and helped me get rid of a very scary neck pain I was experiencing for many years now! Her energy is calm, positive, and healing.
