Buyer beware - Absolutely horrible experience with this leasing team (Chloe and Alexis). Their sales model is a classic bait and switch game. I was given the run around for a week ‘awaiting approvals’ for a unit that was ‘reserved’ for me after applying, while they attempted to show me other units, since the one I was interested had another ‘pending application’. I was told I needed to wait for mgmt approval, but that I was over qualified. A week went by and after chasing for answers, was told someone else was able to put a deposit in. Also, the units listed on streeteasy are not available, and those that are, are priced differently than what they tell you when you go to tour (20% higher). Worst experience I’ve had with a building and I’ve lived in NYC my whole life. Ended up having to call from a different number to get someone on the phone, for them to finally tell me someone else was approved for the apt, prior to me even applying. Please stay away from these people, they will completely waste your time and energy.
