Big Apple Pharmacy

This is the best pharmacy I had ever dealt with; Mr. Patel and stuff are very courteous and professional. Filled my prescriptions quickly and efficiently. They make you feel valued. Esta farmacia es la mejor que he tenido muy profesionales y te hacen sentir como familia.

This pharmacy has everything you could possibly think of! From soft drinks & beer to medical supplies like canes/walkers, they are fully stocked and ready to special order any items you may need. The staff is super friendly, including the young ladies at the registers and the handsome gentlemen working in the back. I wholeheartedly recommend them for all your pharmacy needs!

Me: Do you happen to have a Wegovy in stock? Big Apple Pharmacy: No Me: Do you know when's the last time you had it? Big Apple Pharmacy: I don't answer unnecessary questions (click!! Hangs up the phone) Me: I apologize, I think we got disconnected. Big Apple Pharmacy: No, we didn't get disconnected. I hung up the phone on you. Me: Do you usually carry it or do you know when the last time you had it in stock? Big Apple Pharmacy: We don't usually carry it at all. (click...hangs up the phone) That shows it was not an unnecessary question, So I know not to call back regularly to check for stock status. But yet, the pharmacist was completely rude, acknowledging that he hung the phone up in my face. I even apologized during the second phone call to let him know; I just wanted to know regularly if you have it in stock. I could have cursed; I could have been threatening, but yet I showed respect.....unlike this Pharmacy.

They are a UPS pick up point the lady always has an attitude and hanged up on my husband so unprofessional because she decided not accept my package. I send around 10 package before and had no problems but apparently now she wants it done her way and my adress has to be shown on the package labrl ,it's not my fault the company doesn't provide my adress in the label . Im not sure if she is the owner but NO ONE SHOULD SEND THEIR package there with the attitude she has and the little help she gives. I would never ever send my packages there since I am pregnant I will have to go more farther than expected.

The prices were good. I had to add stuff to equal the $25 and they only sent 1 of my main item and haven't returned any emails. The dove milk bath bombs is all I cared about. 3 weeks now and still no response to my order being wrong.
