I knew he was going to be a gentle kind healer & i wasn’t wrong. I’ve been getting accupuncture on/off for many years & have always chosen to use a Chinese trained doctor - My husband & I waited 3 weeks but finally got in today - the experience was top notch. He did a lovely interview checkup before the service & he did some magical massaging while he placed the needles I just got home & already feel so much more relaxed & I plan to follow his advice - he reminded me that I have to do the work - he’s merely my assistant ⭐️THANK YOU DOCTOR

I had an amazing experience at this acupuncture office. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and informative, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The front desk staff was very sweet, welcoming, and helpful, and answered all of my questions. I received acupuncture for my back and walked out of the office feeling amazing. I highly recommend this practice.

I’ve been coming here for three courses of treatment. Dr. Jiao is very professional and knowledgeable in acupuncture and Chinese medicine. The treatments are gentle and effective, and I’ve noticed clear improvement. He really takes the time to understand your condition and focuses on overall balance. Highly recommended.

First went to see Dr. Bill for foot numbness. Went to traditional podiatrist for many years and was constantly treated with Gabapentin for neuropathy in my feet. Experienced constant numbness and pain shooting up my legs for over 2 years with no relief. Also am diabetic being prescribed multiple medications to control, (not treat) my blood sugar. Was told that controlling diabetes with help with the neuropathy. No such luck. Have been seeing Dr. Bill for just over a month and I have feeling in my feet again. Neuropathy not completely gone but feel 90 percent better after 5 visits. Also in the same period my GMI has dropped from 7.4 to 6.8. The accupuncture along with his other recommendations have help me improve and feel better. Will definitely continue seeing Dr. Bill Also the price per session if not covered by insurance is definitely worth the benefits.

To whom it may concern I called this office with a very simple question: whether they accept my insurance. What I experienced instead was one of the most unprofessional and hostile interactions I’ve ever had with a front desk staff member. The person who answered the phone was dismissive, rude, and displayed an atrocious attitude from the very beginning. No courtesy, no patience, no basic customer service. It was shocking, especially for a medical office where professionalism and empathy should be the bare minimum. What makes this even more unacceptable is that I clearly stated I was willing to pay cash if my insurance was not accepted. Even then, the behavior did not improve. At no point did this individual attempt to help or provide information only hostility and poor communication. The doctor in charge and the owner of this practice should be made aware that this is the first point of contact for their patients. People with this demeanor should not be answering phones, let alone representing a medical practice. Based solely on this interaction, I would never recommend this office. First impressions matter, and this one was terrible.
