I been coming here for years (whenever I have issues with my phone or pc) and Lin is always very helpful and considerate and we are lucky that people like this exist!

This place is amazing! After using my phone every day for three years I noticed that the battery was draining quickly. I called this location and asked about battery replacement. Lin was so polite and helpful. I was able to order the battery through him with a small deposit and two days later I had my phone totally fixed and working better than ever for only $50. I'm so glad I was able to make the sustainable choice of having my phone repaired rather than spending hundreds on a new one. Highly recommend.

Lin is the consummate professional and expert you are looking for. I visited the store to repair a Windows Surface Laptop (a highly expensive machine) that I used for roughly 2 years before it would not charge anymore. I did some research to try to remedy the issue myself. Many folks online experienced similar symptoms, but Microsoft refused to acknowledge the widespread issue. Of course, my machine was just a hair out of warranty as well, and I refused to pay Microsoft a dime to fix their problem. In a very quick timeframe, Lin was able to replace the motherboard and return my machine to me fully functional. He is kind, attentive, and communicative at various steps throughout the process. He is also honest. He handed me spare parts the motherboard came with when he could have kept them for his own use. This is the place to go. I couldn't be happier to have my laptop again as I use it to write this review. I am also leaving this review on Yelp. With deep gratitude, thank you.

I came here after reading great reviews. The reviews were true. I came to get my laptop fixed after something happened to the battery. I went in around 2pm and received my laptop back same day, 4 hours later. The price was great considering what I would have had to pay if I bought a new laptop. Also find out there is an additional warranty with this location for the future, although I’m hoping I won’t need to utilize that. Just great all around. Definitely recommend! The phone rings a bit, but don’t let that dissuade you. You will get a call back. Or even better, just go in person if you’re unable to speak over the phone. 5/5 stars! The back glass on my phone has been broken for a while and I've been unsure if it was worth it to fix because Apple was quoting $400 to do the replacement. I popped in here and he did it for only $100 in less than two hours and it was so incredible. Will definitely come back here if any of my electronics break again!
