The workers installed a range hood; broke my wall tile in order to make the hood fit. They left without repairing, without mention of future repair, or covering costs of repair.

AVOID!!! Spent $10,000 at this store for appliances includes 3 split AC units. One unit had freon leak between the connection and two were installed improperly. All malfunctioning due to the poor installation. Called many times to the store and was told they would send someone to fix them but nothing happen. Every time I called they always told me someone would come to fix it or their boss was not there. Eventually, I spent another $1100 out of pocket to hire a professional to fix the problems myself. DO NOT purchase any AC unit from them.
