Being the first time at BluePearl, I felt that overall it was a great experience. The staff at the front desk were very patient and attentive right from the moment I brought my dog there and had addressed all the concerns that were raised. The nurse and doctors were also very professional and very knowledgeable.

BluePearl recently help put my dog down after shes been having it rough for the past couple of days. They were super helpful and treated my dog Sophie with the best care, they treated her so nice in her last moments, I really appriciate what the vets did for me this day. Thank you BluePearl.

I had a very stressful night when my cat suddenly gave birth and the newborn kittens couldn’t nurse. Around 3 AM, I rushed to this animal hospital hoping to buy kitten milk replacer because I was scared the babies wouldn’t survive. The staff were incredibly kind and compassionate. Even though it was the middle of the night, they took the time to help me and gave me kitten milk replacer without charging me. Their kindness meant so much during such a frightening moment. Because of their help, my cat and her three kittens are now doing well. I’m truly grateful for their generosity and care. Thank you for helping animals and the people who love them.

If you are going to Blue Pearl, consider the following before attending: the initial exam fee is $260. Any additional work will cost more. I sadly arrived when it was too late for my pet. I knew it in my heart but waited for the vets to confirm any issues. The work was quick and efficient. However, with the condition my dog was in, they recommended observation for 24 hours to the tune of over $5k. I obviously could not afford this and took my pet home and she passed soon after. I really want to emphasize that I hope the staff learn how to talk to their customers in a more straight forward manner and how to make recommendations based on the prognosis of an animal is. I understand this is a business however to continue to recommend more services for more money but never take me aside and say, human to human, I think it might be time to humanely euthanize your pet. Your pet looks like they may be too far gone. I really wished for that empathy looking back on my experience more than anything and sadly didnt find it. I spent $2k in total.

I came to bring my very sick dying cat for an emergency and there’s no doctor in. How are you a 24 hour pet hospital with no doctor?? I asked the receptionist and he stated the last doctor that was there left at 8pm and no one would come in until 7am. They won’t help me or you, if there’s an emergency. This is unacceptable! There is supposed to be a doctor at all times for any reason if your clinic is 24 hours. I had to leave a few mins after arriving feeling distressed about the whole situation and my poor cat needs help.
