Once again Bob was helpful, kind, and patient Whatever I asked for, or about he was accommodating. I wish I was buying. Bless you! Bob is a wonderful person. Takes all the time you need. Watch batteries, repairs, many choices of jewelry. Always find something. Great shop.

Love this place. Fixed a few things for me and my friends. Also went out of their way to order a small size wrist watch band. Very fair prices.

I love that they were accommodating to me. I ask to change my watch batteries which they did with no problem. Very professional I even purchased a couple watches and had some fit to my size effortlessly hence why they've been in business for over 40 years. I will say they are more of a buyers jewelry store more than selling it. Definitely have great prices and ok watch collection in which they order and hand craft all other jewelry options if need be. I will definitely be going to they're shop again.

Worst experience I have ever had in a jewelry store. One of the workers (I’m guessing the owner) there was extremely rude and unprofessional. Also very sensitive to customer feedback. I personally wasn’t even being rude, I was just asking questions about the jewelry he was selling and he told me the reason why the price is so high is because it’s made from other countries and needs to be imported. I asked him if he has receipts that show the pieces came from Italy and he said he can’t help me after that. After he belittled me in front of one of his customers, he then went to proceed to say “Go buy your jewelry online. I can’t help you.” In a very rude way. I see he has been open for a while and I really don’t know how if he treats customers this way. I’m a mental health counselor and I’m very kind to people. I help people for a living. So it was very upsetting to be treated this way as I went there as a genuine customer with questions. As you see my google reviews I never wrote a bad review about anyone.
