Really enjoyed this bowl of noodle soup. The broth was light but still very flavorful, and the noodles had a great texture. The vegetables were fresh and balanced the dish nicely. It tasted comforting and not too heavy, which I liked a lot. The portion was also pretty good for the price. I would definitely come back again when I’m in the area.

Stopped by for a quick bite on a blizzard day and was pleasantly surprised. The dishes and noodles have that real, homemade taste, with fresh ingredients and full flavor without feeling heavy. It’s honestly rare to find a place these days that doesn’t rely on pre-made dishes, and you can really taste the difference. The restaurant is spotless, and the staff are genuinely kind and attentive. Solid spot in Flushing. I’ll definitely be back.

Had a wonderful experience at Er Ge Rice Noodles. The restaurant is spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with traditional Chinese elements. The ceiling artwork and calligraphy on the walls give the whole place a warm and authentic atmosphere. Even the curtains and decorations feel thoughtfully customized. The rice noodle soup was very impressive. The broth is rich and flavorful — the owner told us it’s made by simmering chicken and pork bones for about 6 hours, which explains the deep taste. It’s not a light broth; it’s very aromatic with sesame oil and pepper oil. They also have some unique options like oyster rice noodles and A5 Japanese Wagyu rice noodles, which are not easy to find elsewhere. The Wagyu was surprisingly reasonably priced. We also tried several cold dishes like the spicy shredded potatoes, cucumber salad, and pig ear, all very flavorful with homemade chili oil. What I really appreciated is that many of the sauces are slow-cooked by hand, not pre-made. You can tell the food is prepared with care and attention. Great service and a very welcoming atmosphere. Definitely a place I would come back to when craving comforting rice noodles. Highly recommend!
