Was in town for general randomness and decided to drop in on an intro aerial fabrics class with my girls. We're not new to the apparatus but it's been a while so we were happy to check out an intro class. It was very easy to sign up online. First intro class is only $25 for a 75 minute class. It was easy to check in upon arrival and we got a brief intro to the studio and where we needed to go. Rachel was a great instructor and lead us with a thorough warm up and introduction to the aerial hammock. Her cuing was immaculate and she was able to meet and honor each and every student at wherever they are, which was much appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to return to take other classes here and may pop in again next time I'm in town.

IT WAS AMAZING!! My partner and I went as a date (they do contemporary dance and I rock climb) to combine our passions and it was THE BEST. Staff was so nice and communicative. Our instructor Dominic was the sweetest, funniest and the most on-beat person I’ve seen this month. I felt save and well instructed

I felt super welcome upon arrival by staff, the warmth and positive culture between the other students was apparent and encouraging. Daniel was a knowledgeable and engaging teacher who emphasized safe, quality movement while keeping class light and comfortable for all levels. Can’t wait to come back!

I gave it a 10 because taking Alysha’s class during my birthday weekend made it even more special. She created such a sexy, empowering atmosphere that let me fully celebrate myself. I came in a little nervous, but she made everything feel welcoming and safe while still pushing us to tap into our confidence and feminine energy. I left feeling strong, graceful, and honestly like that girl — which is exactly how you’re supposed to feel on your birthday weekend. It was the perfect way to celebrate and step into another year feeling powerful. I’ll definitely be back for more. When I come from NC 💃🏽✨

Loved the teacher, Sam Doblick! The studio is very pretty & the experience of booking the class & checking in was super easy. The only thing was having to share poles, which I’ve never seen in other studios. It made me worry I was taking up too much / not enough time doing the tricks. Otherwise would give 5 stars for sure!
