Bonchon Brooklyn - 86th St

I’ve been to many Bonchon Chicken spots but the one on 86th st is superb! They exceeded my expectations when it came to the service. They were very attentive and didn’t seem annoyed by my indecisiveness. Then you can’t forget about the food. It came out in a timely manner and taste ridiculously good. This will be my go to lunch spot from now on!

Ordered take out, got their hot dog and chicken drum sticks and fries… does not disappoint, the drum sticks tasted absolutely amazing and the dog was pretty good. 100 percent I would order from here again.

The wings and food was delicious, I like that the service was fast and on point. And even we busy they were accommodating to everyone. Can't wait to comeback again. Wish they opened up more spots. And the food was affordable.

The Food is good here just like the other Bon Chon's. If you love Korean style fried chicken this is the spot for you. The flavors are good and I love that they don't drown you in their sauce. This restaurant is an order at the counter style spot, there are no servers who come and take your order.

Omg, they put employees who don't know anything about customer service. Showing attitude and being on the phone all 3 girls inside, I am asking if the food is ready, they are doing me a favor responding like why I am a customer! Come on, if you don't like so much your job, why are you here? Placed an order 40 minutes ago online, going inside and they asking me to wait more. OK. Coming home and garlic wings burned, fries cold (I live 5 minutes away), spicy wings are so so dry, and rice has so so much soy sauce. I am regular at Bonchon and tried ALL bonchon places around Tri State area, but this location..... is the worst! Who runs this place? Did you even train these people to cook or work? UPDATE AFTER 1 MONTH**** Nobody contacted me directly after this post, only send me routine feedback
