Bro Dental in LIC is hands-down one of the best dental experiences I’ve had. Dr. Lau is incredible — extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely caring. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure you’re comfortable every step of the way, which really makes a difference. The staff is also really pleasant — welcoming, professional, and always helpful from check-in to check-out. The whole office has a calm, positive vibe that puts you at ease right away. If you’re looking for a dentist in Long Island City who truly cares about their patients, I can’t recommend Bro Dental and Dr. Lau enough.

This was my first time at the practice and I was very impressed! I was about half an hour late because of train issues but they still saw me. The office is very nice and clean and bright. The staff were very nice and professional. I was seen right away. Kin took my X-rays and was really nice and welcoming. Dr. Lau came in right after. I didn't have to wait at all. She was very knowledgeable and direct, and she answered my questions. The cleaning was super quick and efficient. Looking forward to my next appointment. I would recommend!

I’m very satisfied with my experience at Boro Dental. The front desk staff, Ellen and Tatiana, are wonderful. One thing to note is to confirm that the dentist you’re seeing is covered by your insurance. I initially saw a provider who was out of network, but after emailing the office, they promptly addressed my concern and scheduled all future appointments with the in-network dentist. Dr. Lau was fantastic, extremely confident and skilled, which made me feel very comfortable and well cared for as a patient.

Dr. Lau is the best! She’s helped me with my clenching issues for the last year and she’s very knowledgeable and super transparent about everything. The office is very clean, and my hygienist was very thorough but gentle with the cleaning. Would recommend BORO if you need a dental clinic in the area!

I had a wonderful experience at Boro Dental Arts. From start to finish, the team was professional, kind, and made me feel completely at ease. Dr. Lau is excellent — very thorough, knowledgeable, and gentle — and Karen was absolutely wonderful as well, attentive and caring throughout my visit.
