Bowery Day Spa

Bowery Day Spa was an incredible experience and for SUCH a great price! Every one of the staff was so hospitable, kind, and accommodating. I got the 60 minute back massage and they did oil, hot stones, and facial/scalp massage, I truly felt spoiled. All of their services are really well priced and it almost made me nervous to go there, but I was wonderfully surprised. I will be going back there!

I absolutely loved my experience at Bowery Day Spa. Lisa was incredible. The massage was genuinely one of the best I’ve ever had. She consistently checked in about pressure and made sure everything felt right, which made the whole experience feel very thoughtful and personalized. The front desk was equally impressive. Professional, calm, and not pushy at all. They did not try to force me to extend the massage or upsell anything, which I really appreciated. This is hands down the best massage place in NYC. It is spotless, relaxing, and run so well. I highly recommend Bowery Day Spa over other nearby spots like Renew Day Spa or Forever Spa, where the service has unfortunately been terrible in comparison. Go here. You will not regret it.

I had the most beautiful experience here. From the second I walked in, the spa felt calm, clean, peaceful, and incredibly inviting. It was the perfect escape on a rainy day. I received a hot stone massage with Coco, and she was phenomenal. Her touch was thoughtful, intentional, and deeply relaxing. this is a spa. they have a sign that says they offer body work and foot rub varying prices and times. the staff are so lovely and kind. i didn’t have time today for the massage ,i was inquiring for the future because i want to have a baby soon, and name her oshun, and when my body tired this gonna be my go to place . thank you. this is a lovely atmosphere , i will definitely be coming back for a massage.

Hands down one of the best massages in NYC. From the moment I walked in, the space felt calm, clean, and professionally run. The therapist was highly skilled and immediately understood where my body needed the most work—no over-explaining required. Perfect pressure, thoughtful technique, and zero rushing. I walked out feeling genuinely reset—physically and mentally. If you’re looking for a legit, high-quality massage in NYC (not touristy, not sloppy), this place delivers.
