This lawyer and the amateur team that works for him are incompetent. I paid them thousands of dollars over the years for nothing. They let a paralegal write briefs for the appellate court. Mr Bretz might ve been a good lawyer back in the days when he started his practice, but now he's just after the money like a personal injury lawyer with a rag tag team.
