Bright Horizons at East Village

LOVE Bright Horizon at East Village. Got an infant & a toddler and have only praise. Team is great (shoutout miss Arithea), super patient, always very in tune with the kids needs and also helped us getting our toddler potty trained. Both are kids are super happy to go to daycare everyday and made great friends along the way ! Can only recommend!

Our 2.5 year old son has been attending bright horizons for about 6 months and absolutely loves it. He has learned so much and is so excited and proud to go to “school” every morning. He loves his teachers (who are so caring) and loves talking about his friends and the classes daily activities. We’ve always appreciated the level of effort and policies in place to keep everyone healthy and safe and feel confident every day knowing our son is well taken care of and having a great day every day. The flexibility of hours (can be there from 8-6) and limited days they’re closed throughout the year has also made bright horizons a very convenient and stress free option for us as 2 full time working parents.

My (3) year old son has been attending Bright Horizons, East Village and LOVES it. When we pick him up, he teaches us the songs he has learned, the lessons of the day, and has grown so much in such a short amount of time. The teachers, staff and management have all gone above and beyond for him, making our transition to daycare easy. They are incredibly patient, and have communicated with me (mom) in ways no other daycare has. We love the Bright Horizons APP which gives updates and photos, but most importantly, our son is taken care of, engaged, and safe.

We absolutely love Bright Horizons east village. I was a super anxious first time mom during the pandemic and between the teachers in the infant room, the health and safety director and the director, everyone helped to alleviate my anxieties, share tons of info and updates on my child and are super communicative at all times! I love the facility since there is so much for the children to do in order to develop fine and gross motor skills and have a comfortable day away from home. The staff and teachers are amazing and the curriculum design for all ages is wonderful. My little one just moved up to the toddler room and we are excited to continue at Bright Horizons for all stages of her growth and development. Only downside is price, the most expensive game in town in this neighborhood, but proximity to our apartment and all the reasons listed above make it worth it

We have had a wonderful experience at Bright Horizons East Village. Our 3-year-old son loves going to school and we have seen great development in a short period of time. He loves all of the teachers and administrators (as do we!), and the center is very clean and well-run. The daily report via the app is full of details and pictures from each day. Communication with the Director, Ms. Karina, is easy and efficient. We are sadly leaving only because we are moving out of state. We would highly recommend this center for any families in the area.
