Bright Horizons at Long Island City

For us, Bright Horizons LIC is the place where our child spends every week day from morning to 6pm. We see him reaching new milestones day by day. At drop-off he is waving goodby to us, at pickup I find him busy and enjoying his activity. We really appreciate the teachers and the stuff and love that they engage so much in activities with the kids and also move them to other classes (like stem room, gym room, etc). I see the center as a safe environment and our child is happy and so do we.

Our experience at Bright Horizons has been exceptional. The dedication and support from the staff, especially from Cherese, the school director, have made a significant positive impact on my son, Saint. The school’s environment is nurturing and inclusive, fostering both academic and personal growth. We are truly grateful for the valuable advice and continuous support provided throughout the school year. I highly recommend Bright Horizons to any parent seeking a caring and effective educational setting for their child.

Our daughter was enrolled at Bright Horizons LIC for the from age 4 months - 1 year, and we would still be there if we lived in the neighborhood. Despite setting up a nanny share closer to home, we have been back for drop-in care when our nanny got sick. We can’t say enough about how kind, caring, and attentive the teachers and staff are! Our daughter was always well taken care of, and there were tons of activities to keep her entertained - songs, art projects, the movement room, etc. I appreciated the open door policy so I could always pop in for lunch. The center was very communicative - we could always stay up to date on the latest pictures and news in the app, and her teachers always took the time to tell us about her day when we picked her up. We would highly recommend the professionalism and genuine kindness of all the staff members at this Bright Horizons location! Looking forward to our next drop-in :)

Failed to respond to multiple follow-ups and then sent me a marketing email. Sent another follow up, still no response. While I can’t review the quality of the care, it’s not great that this is how they treat folks
