I recently had my brakes changed by Harris, and I can't recommend his service enough. From the moment I walked in, Harris was professional, thorough, and honest every step of the way. He took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done and why, giving me a clear breakdown of the costs involved. What I appreciated most was his transparency, he didn't try to upsell unnecessary services, which l've experienced with other mechanics in the past. Harris was all about getting the job done right at a fair price. The brake change was done quickly, and my car feels as good as new. It's rare to find a mechanic who you can truly trust, but Harris proved to be someone who takes pride in his work and values his customers. This is my go to mechanic for everything. All the guys (especially Harris) are so helpful and kind. But most importantly, they are honest and trustworthy. They have fair prices for excellent quality services. While I can’t list every service I’ve gotten through them (it’s a lot, I have bad luck with cars), I’ll share the biggest. It was the evening before I left town to get married. The starter on my car died. Harris drove over to check it out as he was leaving for the day (just in case a jump would fix it). He figured out what was wrong and started on trying to get the part ordered. He went the next morning to go get the part in person (since it wouldn’t be delivered in time) and got my car back to me in time to leave for the wedding. He kept me updated along the way, and gave me every option possible. He went above and beyond.

How fortunate I am that my car died while getting gas right at the Broadway Auto Center! Harris was so kind and patient and helpful! My car was stuck for many hours smack in the middle of the lot of their busy auto center- and Harris and some others kindly attempted to boost my car(twice!) and pushed my car to a better spot(twice!!) Without showing any signs of irritation...and without asking for any payment. I am so grateful. Thank you!!!
