Although their main office is closed during the pandemic, they still offer services through their hotlines. I found out from their website that they are still providing limited services, so I gave it a try to call their hotlines for my mother's social security benefit issues. After the operator took down my information and question, a staff contacted me within 5 minutes. He guided me through to resolve the problem step by step. I am very thankful for that staff being so patient and knowledgeable. Please keep up the good work!!

My father does not know English, and I don't live with him, so he get assistance for his letters and insurance. Staff are professional and knowledgeable the new requirements for the public assistance. I am glad their services have been resumed back in July.

Very bad institutions, what is the meaning of their existence? The staff who answered the phone had a very bad attitude. The attitude of Mr. Ye who handled immigration and naturalization was very bad.

This organization has leaders that are absolutely egregious. They treat children unfairly and change locations of their summer school programs 2 weeks before summer school starts, and after you've already paid. Upper management does not know what they're doing and when you try to resolve a problem there is no one you can reach. Never ever again would I send my son to their summer school. I would rather spend a little more money for something that is reliable, does not discriminate and is substantially ran. Outraged.

Today, my mother was made to wait 2.5 hours, only to be told afterward that nothing could be done for her. Ricky also lied to my mother by saying that SSI does not accept phone calls to make new appointments in the afternoon. After giving this false information, he asked my mother to leave and told her to “come back in the morning,” which was completely unreasonable. Because the situation sounded suspicious, I returned with my mother within an hour to clarify. When we spoke to Ricky, he repeated the same false information and then forced us to leave, stating that my mother and I are “not welcome” and that he refuses to help us in the future. His behavior was aggressive, disrespectful, and unprofessional. This treatment is unacceptable, especially toward elderly individuals seeking assistance. I request that this matter be investigated seriously and that appropriate action be taken to ensure no one else experiences this type of behavior.
