Dr. Wong is the best PCP I have ever meet. He is kind and nice, a great patient listener. He's care plan is full of details and patient centered. The staffs works here are super nice and helpful. They do a lot of specialists schedule services which they don't have to do. I recommend this medical office for the first choice of your health care!

Doctor Wong is patient with his patients. He takes his time to understand the needs and medical issues of his patient. The front desk assistants were helpful, sweet, and patient. As always, please do make an appointment prior to going to the doctor to avoid long waiting time.

I’ve had nothing but an excellent experience here from the front desk to the assistant who draws my blood and does the intake to PA Dr. Wong. He’s really personable, knowledgeable, empathetic and does not rush you. He treats you like a human being not a number. Highly recommend this clinic

Wow, I am very impressed with this clinic. Dr. Wong and all the staff here have gone above and beyond to take care of my health. I would recommend them as your go-to PCP office. They truly deserve their high ratings.

I called on Sunday to ask if the clinic would prese some kind of medicine. The man who answered the phone was very rude and asked me, "What's wrong with you?" The man didn't ask about the patient's information. Then when I told him what my problem was, he transferred me to another woman, which was ridiculous. I chose to call this number. It turns out that I don't want to waste too much time, queue up, and then the request is rejected when it's my turn. Isn't the phone set up for the convenience and doubts of patients? To be honest, this is the first time in many years that I have been disappointed with this clinic, and I even regularly introduce them to people close to me. The doctor is a great doctor, but the front desk is fully capable of driving away your customers! The doctor should take the front desk training seriously. The girl who used to speak Cantonese is really very good!
