The customer service at EXT 102 is unacceptable. I called to make a real-time payment for my member dues and was met with the most unprofessional behavior. The representative spoke over me, refused to listen, and then hung up without resolving anything. I reported the incident directly to the CEO.
It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with this kind of treatment—especially when we’re paying for this service. The quality of customer support has seriously declined. I suggest others report her as well if you’ve had a similar experience. Enough is enough.
