I've gotten keratin, color, and cuts at this salon and it's always been a great experience. David is really cool, will do what you want with your hair, will recommend what he thinks looks good, and speaks perfect English (if you're worried about that). All of my friends, both guys and girls, have been getting cuts from him for years and can't rave about him enough!

Men’s haircut and wash was $35 - definitely recommend this place. I showed a picture of what I want and the stylist went to work. Happy with the cut!

Just wanted to write a review to give a shout-out to Jason! He was so friendly and meticulous in his work. I can only speak minimal Chinese but he understood what I wanted based on pictures. He's definitely a pro: he did exactly what I asked for (curtain bangs and layers) and didn't cut my hair shorter than indicated. The other staff members were super friendly, too. I have really long and thick hair but the price was really good!

I have been to this salon consistently for the past three years however, the two most recent visits have truly been disappointing. I requested B (the owner) because he used to give me exactly what I asked for. During my recent appointments, he has been unable to execute the hair I ask for, which I would be willing to adjust, if he mentioned. However, he lacks accountability in mentioning his limitations. Furthermore, upon my expression of how it was not something I asked for, he proceeds to gaslight me and state that the difference from the reference picture was just the styling. Additionally, throughout the whole haircut process he consistently advertises other treatments and services I did not request from highlighting to straightening treatments, seems as though I am his next victim to sell services to while also doing a sloppy job on my requests. At the end of the day, he was unable to provide a positive experience. Frankly, it is quite disappointing that they are unable to provide consistent quality services.
