I've known Alla for twenty years, she's been my personal and business accountant since 2011. She's very knowledgeable and flexible with her appointment hours. Weather you're self employed or an employee these guys will prepare the best return you ever had. If you have your own business, they offer full or self service. They have a large customer base of small businesses from the New York area which comes in handy if you are looking to hire a small company to do some work for you. All in all she wasn't my first accountant, but she's my last. Their business is doing so well they've even added a Manhattan location.

Hidden Gem of accounting world! OMG simply the best! Can’t say enough to describe my experience. This firm is like a hidden gem, with so much talent hidden in dept of the ocean, I am out of words to describe how impressed I was. From the outside it seems like almost nonexisting business, as you enter you see very friendly staff who despite their busy work day found time to offer me amazing freshly brewed cup of coffee. Not sure how that office fits in it so many employees, who are making it look so easy working like clock very smooth operation. On that compliments to the manager, didn’t get the pleasure of meeting him staff said he was in the meeting. But what kind of surprised me that no one was trying to sell their services everything was so natural and smooth I felt like I have been working with that firm for many years. My accountant retiered and someone recommended Alla who is CPA, who turned out to be my parents favorite person on TV, they said she does some accounting programs on television. My old accountant was charging a bit less, but I have been with him over 14 years, but in this case money isn’t everything they provide quality work and I just want to sleep better at nigh! I recommended many of my friends and to my surprise got a discount while filing my second year with them, it was a pleasant surprise since they don’t really advertise giving discounts. I guess some things are better nicely done, than nicely said! Ones again, to my surprise they met my sister’s husband for tax consultation on Park Ave in the city, according to him in a very impressive office! He was very happy, and this is the person who is never happy, he is MD in some huge financial firm. My parents followed our whole family and filed with them on Staten Island, can’t wait to see what other pleasant surprise this firm can offer next year. Did lots of research to find good accountants, in this case used social media (they recommended all over FB) and to finally make a decision checked Yelp and Google reviews. Didn’t know what to expect when I walked in their office not really big place but very well organized and cozy. All employees are friendly and greet customers with a smile, everyone seem to be occupied with their work and they make it look easy (usually happens when people love what they do). Met the manager and we talked about sports and news, even some politics while my paper work was entered in to the database, after all was processed I set down with CPA and had my own time to finish this year taxes and plan next year strategy. I lost track of time felt right at home around hour and a half I spent there which went by in a blink of an eye. Really an amazing experience looking forward for next year.

I have been working with Alla Popov for the three years and I am really happy, with the service she provides. Alla Popov is a CPA. That makes me feel better when it comes to doing my taxes. I have a C-Corp. I also need to do my personal taxes and Alla Popov takes care of all that for me. She also handles my payroll, which's a big help. I feel good knowing that Alla is handling all of these things for me and my company. I have only been to their office one time. Everything else is really easy to do. I can upload notices and tax documents using their app. This means I can take care of everything from my home. Alla and her team always get back, to me quickly. Special thanks to her assistant, Anna, who is very responsible and consistently on top of everything. Overall, I feel completely taken care of-tax season is no longer stressful for me.

This company has a great team and was able to finish my taxes few days prior to end of tax season (it was completely my fault i waited long) . They seemed very much in control of situation not stressed, when I asked manager why, he said they target quality not quantity for me it was enough price was better than my prior accountant who would not work with me do to me bringing taxes late. I would recommend this company.
