Bunny Hill LIC Infant and Toddler Center

Bunny Hill is a first class daycare center. The teachers are wonderful, knowledgeable and super caring for both our children. Brand new facilities provide an excellent space for kids to receive multi-faceted education and learning experience. The owners Leah and George are great to work with and very responsive to our needs and suggestions 24/7.

I visited EVERY daycare in Long Island City and was not comfortable with any of them. As soon as I walked into Bunny Hill, I knew it was the right place. They made a great first impression with the directors, teachers, and facility. Communication is important and they are responsive and accessible. My son started when they first opened and of course I was nervous as a first time parent. As days went on, my son suddenly grew up faster than I could imagine. He was learning so much and he was having so much fun with his new little friends. Bunny Hill sends pictures and videos everyday. The facilities are great and I love the big piazza in the front. I highly recommend this daycare! The owners are local and parents themselves. They will take of yours like their own.

My family and I love Bunny Hill. Before I enrolled my son, the staff was so kind, communicative and patient. Furthermore, all information is very clearly laid out and organized. Ms. Xiao was awesome and so helpful in answering my questions. Tricia, the education director, is also very friendly and helpful. My son is engaged and is exposed to a great range of learning activities at Bunny Hill. The teachers are so invested and it truly shows. I am a teacher myself and did not feel fully comfortable at any of the other schools we visited. The curriculum at Bunny Hill encourages creativity and hands-on learning. What I think truly sets Bunny Hill apart is the flexibility and kindness of the admin and staff. We are very happy to be part of this community.

I have both my children being cared for at Bunny Hill and couldn't be happier! One preschooler who has been there since the beginning and one infant who went through a short lived hiccup in their licensing - which was promptly corrected and went out of their way to remediate the situation and find solutions for the families impacted. Most importantly, they have caring, attentive staff who adore the children and care for them to advance. Their facilities are awesome and they offer a ton of classes such as Mandarin,Spanish, robotics, theater - the list goes on! It's sad to see people bash an entire local business based off one short experience. My family has been having them take care of our beloved children for 2 years and would highly recommend it to anyone who loves and cares for their little ones!

OPERATING WITHOUT A LICENSE! We enrolled our daughter in preschool program, one week later we found out they do not have license. The bunny hill daycare is perfect for parents who hate their kids, their customer service is pathetic. Yesterday, a staff member Kristy called us in the morning, we had to cancel our whole day schedule due to inspection by the Department of Health. It turns out they are actually operating without a permit. They have to close the preschool classes.
