I would like to make an unqualified recommendation for Calemine Realty. I have used this firm to sell my home and feel that the service that I received was of the highest quality. The services provided were extremely professional. 1. During our first meeting, Louis reviewed a detailed marketing plan for my property, including a mass mail marketing campaign and in depth, personal canvassing of neighborhood. This level of detail impressed me quite a bit. 2. He guided me through all of the potential problems that might be encountered during the course of the transaction, and suggested . The Calemine crew was available at all times to take care of problems that arose during the period the house was on the market, such as routine checks of the property, trash removal, meter readings, etc... 3. The sales commission which was quoted to me was less than quoted by a competing broker handling another property sale on the same block as mine. In my opinion, the marketing services rendered by the competing real estate agent were much less comprehensive than those provided by Calemine & Company. 4. Finally, and most importantly, Louis was extremely honest and straight forward during the entire sale process. I think this speaks for itself.
