Not only their attitudes but their meticulous exams made me impress and feel comfortable. For my mom's physical, Dr. Hu (N.P.), nurse, and the staff showed professionalism. I'm glad that I had mom change her PCP here!

Recently switched over and it was one of the best decisions I made. The receptionist is always very friendly even when it's busy which helps make the visit more pleasant. Dr. Shimin Cao is attentive and patient when it comes to listening to my concerns. I never get brushed off or rushed with whatever it is I'm saying. Overall a very great experience. I would definitely recommend him.

There is not enough words to describe my appreciation! Being a patient of Dr. Cao for so many years, he has been providing me with the best care and advice every time when I had health issues .He is so knowledgeable , understanding . His team is also very kind and caring, when i had emergency issues , they always helped me to get appointments with the Doctor asap . Seeing doctor was not necessary a scary thing but pleasant experiences ever since I became a patient of Dr.Cao ! Thank you Dr.Cao and your brilliant team!

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Cao as our pcp for many years. He is a thoughtful and caring provider. I always recommend him to my friends and family! His new office is so nice and clean, and everyone there is quite friendly.

Not sure if the receptionist is on her menstrual cycle or what, her attitude came out of nowhere. She hang up on client's phone call immediately while the client is still talking.
