Had a wonderful experience. Contacted them regarding a Cartier strap I needed for a watch. They placed the order, and I received the strap within one week! Will definitely do business again.
This was my first time buying a watch, and I couldn’t have had a better experience! Tiffany was incredibly kind and thoughtful, and she made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I’m very happy with my watch and would definitely recommend this store😊

I bought a Gucci watch from Carat & Co, The watch is absolutely beautiful and came with all the documents as advertised. Service was A+++, lady I spoke too over the phone hooked me up sent me the watch the next day because I needed it on time for a wedding for free. On top to all this great service I got the watch for a unbelievable price. Truly happy with my purchase and Will definitely be buying more watches from Carat & Co.
I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this watch store. I came in genuinely interested in purchasing a luxury Omega watch. As anyone familiar with authorized dealers or multi-brand boutiques knows, discussing price, conditions, or availability is completely normal and part of the buying process. However, shortly after I arrived, before the sales associate had even said much, what appeared to be a manager or another staff member(quite chubby Asian lady) approached and made sarcastic, condescending remarks, ostensibly directed at the salesperson but clearly meant for me to hear. The tone was mocking and passive-aggressive, implying that the salesperson should not make things too difficult for this gentleman which strongly suggested an assumption about my financial ability. This was deeply unprofessional and humiliating. What makes this worse is the clear sense of racial and cultural bias. Customers of different skin colors are treated differently, with obvious stereotypes and preconceived notions. Even as an East Asian customer, I felt I was being singled out and judged the moment I asked questions or raised reasonable requests. The moment a customer causes even minor inconvenience or tries to negotiate, the staff’s attitude shifts into thinly veiled sarcasm. People do not visit luxury boutiques only to exchange money for products. They also come for respect, professionalism, and a sense of value. If this store only wants to conduct cold transactions, there is no reason to visit a third-party dealer instead of buying directly from an official boutique. The emotional experience and service are supposed to be part of what this store offers, and in this case, it was a complete failure. This behavior reflects poor staff training and a lack of management oversight. I strongly urge management to take customer complaints seriously and address the unprofessional and discriminatory attitudes of their employees. Luxury products should come with luxury service. This store delivers neither.
