Amazing doctor, I saw him when I was a kid my younger siblings still go to him and now my daughter does. He’s very informative and respectful. I’ve personally have never had to wait too long and there is parking which is great.

The front desk staff at this office seem unorganized and unprofessional. My daughter’s insurance is active, and I even showed proof. The receptionist said she couldn’t find it and that I would have to pay for the visit. This was frustrating because the doctor was originally supposed to see my daughter at the hospital but did not, they said to make an appointment here instead. Overall the doctor was good just front desk clearly don’t know anything.

Dr. Ortiz is an AMAZING Doctor. Always has been. His father was a little more stern and serious but Dr. Ortiz Jr. was always so relaxed and so awesome and patient to speak to. My daughter is now 28 and he was her Pediatrician as well as 2 my nieces, my best friends 3 children, my cousins 3 children and we ALLLLLL think the same about Dr. Ortiz Jr. Amazing Amazing AMAZING!!!! Now when it comes to his front desk staff, that’s a WHOLE different ball game. They don’t prioritize, they don’t greet, they are young and careless. Their cell phones are what they prioritize and it’s sad. Because of them, ppl prefer to go elsewhere. For instance, my daughter rather take her newborn son to be seen elsewhere. And this is solely bcuz of the staff. She says that Dr. Ortiz may be the greatest doctor of all but to deal with the unprofessionalism from the front staff, she rather go some where else. Dr. Ortiz I loved you so much that I never cared about waiting hoursss to be seen. You’re an amazing doctor and I wish you and your family a wonderful 2025 holiday season!

Giving the fact that I was given this doctor after birth I tried my best to stay with him. For the first 6 months of my child’s life the issues we were experiencing was not addressed until I had to have dad advocate for us. Wait times were always too long even with an appointment and let’s not talk about his staff. They are so rude and crude and are almost NEVER pleasant. Our last visit was indeed our LAST visit. How can you work in a pediatric clinic and be so unpleasant. 100% do not recommend.
