To say I was nervous would be an understatement, but the entire staff was incredibly kind and Dr. Silverstein was excellent!! He was informative, patient, and caring throughout my entire visit, and he encouraged every question I had. I consider myself very lucky to have found this practice.

I am a very very anxious patient. My old GYN office just wasnt the right fit for me anymore and I found this practice after a lot of long research. I needed my Nexplanon redone and I saw Dr Silverstein. He explained that where it was, is actually abnormally placed however he reinserted it there to make the process easier on me. I was patched up significantly better than my old doctors did and sent off with a lot of care. I did not feel anything at all in the procedure! Through no fault of the care I received I developed an infection, Dr S took me in immediately despite a full schedule and took care of me right away. That is so rare these days. Im on the mend but I feel very calm. Its not only important for a doctor to be kind and caring for anxious patients, but to show up when things go wrong, that is what counts. Thank you Carnegie Womens Health for being a safe space for women ☺️

Dr. Kostant was fabulous. It was my first time seeing her, and she spent 45 minutes with me, listening to my history and specific reasons why I was there, following up with really thoughtful questions, asking for clarification on what I shared, etc. I felt heard, affirmed, and supported -- something that is really hard to find in a practice and doctor. I'm grateful that Dr. Kostant is now part of my team helping me navigate my endometriosis.

This clinic, and Dr. Lam, were recommended to me by a colleague. I’ve only been once so far but I had a great experience. All the staff, from scheduling to nurses to the doctor herself, were warm and personable. I felt like the right amount of time was taken and I was listened to intently and without judgement. I feel confident that I found my new gyn!
