Dr. Huang is amazing! Very professional and caring. The staff is also very friendly.

I love Dr Huang. She is a good doctor. But reception doesn't give a shit about patients. With them we are just money money money. They do not respect your time so you will wait upwards an hour even with an appointment. They have this don't give a crap attitude - like what are going to do. They keep your door open and talk smack about the cost of your procedure in the hallway. Really? HIPPA? I hate to start all over again with a new doc but how much neglect can a patient stand before you start to wonder if this comes from the top??

Carol Huang is the worst doctor I've seen. Very rude and no caring at all. She will use every opportunity to question you rather than answer your questions. Extremely unprofessional.

This office is a scam. My husband was there and seen the doctor twice, the doctor is nice, but the front desk was terrible. On the 3rd (6 months from the 1st one) visit they informed him he has to pay the previous two out of pocket ($460) because allegedly the insurance didn’t pay. I checked our insurance and there was absolutely no claim, so they never billed them.

Stay far away from this unfriendly and uncaring Dr. Huang. Extremely rude, unprofessional, condescending and will gaslight you. She did not help me one bit and I came out of my visit very upset and hopeless. She did not fulfill her obligation as a doctor nor did she care to further find the root cause of my condition and explain my situation to me. She barely examined my condition or took the time to carefully diagnosed my issues. Just an horrific doctor and just a very unkind human being. No patient deserves to be treated the way she treats her patients. They come to see a doctor for help and guidance and not to be dismissed and ignored when discussing their concerns and need professional help. A good doctor would want to have an open discussion with their patients and their concerns, symptoms and options without being judged. I hated every minute of my visit with this doctor. What a huge disappointment and I've been to many great, wonderful and caring doctors. This doctor is far from being wonderful and caring to her patients. Shame on her! A disgrace to the medical industry.
