This place was amazing ! Smooth translation and really good customer service , as soon as I walked in I was greeted which is weirdly important for me . My phone was fixed in 20 mins . If you need your phone fixed COME HERE ASAP .

I have a Galaxy S23 Ultra, and my phone suddenly stopped working on Monday night. I didn't know where to go or what to do, but then I looked up this store that was close to where I lived. I got there a super fast as I could. The gentleman that works by the counter is extremely friendly very helpful and told me that my phone can be fixed. I was really worried because I don't have any cloud storage and I would lose 10+ years of photos and videos. Their technican fixed it, and I got it back within 3 days. Thank you again 👏🏼

Took my daughter's phone for screen repair today. The gentleman named "Mike" was able to quickly diagnose the issue and subsequently fix the screen in about an hour. No BS about any fee's to 'look' at the phone. Quick, courteous and professional, which is rare RARE in Brooklyn.

I have a 16 pro max, and my phone screen broke. I took it to this guy to fix it and was happy until two days after when the screen started shutting down. Initially I ignored it until the phone broke down after a minimal fall. Not only are his screens low quality but they malfunction easily. He fixed it again no problem for almost another $250, and within two weeks the phone starting malfunctioning again. It would burn out after use, shutting down. After he fixes it the screen shuts down occasionally after use. I complained about it and he blamed it on a software issue. I told him it couldn't be a coincidence that my phone screen shuts down AFTER he fixes the phone and surprise surprise he blamed it on the software and told me it would be $30 to look at it. He uses cheap Chinese low quality parts; that's why his parts are faulty. His warranty is fake. I went to him and proved that I bought a screen replacement within two weeks, and he was extremely rude to me and starting arguing with me. His baseless claim was that the warranty they claim in the reviews and that they have printed on the wall isn't actually their warranty, but Apple's warranty. Please save your money don't go here. At the end of the block there is a much nicer man who fixes your phone for much cheaper and his screens are of a way higher quality.

I had a terrible experience with this phone repair shop. I initially got my phone fixed here, and within a week, the screen malfunctioned again. Reluctantly, I paid for another new screen, but to my dismay, that too lasted barely two weeks. It's clear they use substandard materials and even the glue didn't seem to hold the battery properly in place. They refused to open my phone later, claiming it was too fragile, and I suspect they kept my original screen for resale. It took a whole week just to get a response from them! Meanwhile, another store just two blocks away fixed my phone without any hassle, right in front of me. I strongly advise avoiding this shop at all costs—they really seem to be taking advantage of their customers
