I just got my second Hepatitis B shot yesterday. Just wanna say Dr. Chang is genuinely one of the most kind and approachable doctors I’ve met. Every time I see him, whether it’s for my annual physical, a flu shot, or just random stuff, he really takes his time and actually listens. He asks detailed questions about how I’m feeling, my diet, my day to day habits, and he never makes it feel rushed. I always leave feeling heard and taken seriously. On top of that, his advice is practical and professional, not vague or generic. He explains what’s going on and gives clear steps on how I can improve my health. I’m really grateful to have him as my PCP. Oh yeah, and his staff are all pretty young, but they’re consistently friendly, polite, and professional. You can tell they take their work seriously and treat patients w/ respect. The office is always super clean and well kept, which honestly makes a big difference. The whole place just feels welcoming from the moment you walk in. BTW, I love the relaxing music while I’m waiting.

Dr. Wan Tan Chang is truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I felt heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. He takes the time to thoroughly explain everything in a clear and reassuring way, never rushing appointments and always making sure every question is answered. What really sets Dr. Chang apart is his availability and dedication to his patients. He’s even available for video calls if I ever have questions, which gives me incredible peace of mind. Knowing I can reach him when something comes up makes all the difference. Beyond his knowledge and professionalism, he has a way of making you feel comfortable — almost like you’re speaking with a trusted friend rather than just a doctor. That level of compassion and approachability is rare to find. It’s not easy to find a physician who is highly skilled, attentive, and genuinely invested in your well-being. I’m extremely grateful to be under Dr. Chang’s care and would confidently recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor they can truly trust

Dr. Chang is the best doctor ever! And the staff there are also great! They are the only nurse staff that know how to take my blood test the right way! Never puncturing me more than once and never leaves me bruised after doing it! I really cherish this place so much and Dr.Chang always makes sure I leave with water or a snack LOL it’s so cute and caring of him. When you go here, you definitely know you will be treated right with so much care. (Also, you get to see Bella hanging around sometimes! She’s adorable!!! 🤭🤭)

I had a very positive experience. The office was clean, the front desk was polite and prompt. Dr. Chang was nice, caring, and a good listener. All my concerns were addressed. I got here early thinking I would need to fill out paperwork, but I forgot it did it online already. Bloodwork and tests can be done in the same building because Labcorp and Bioreference have offices here.

Dr. Chang was knowledgeable and super kind, but after I missed my virtual visit to get my lab results, no one followed up with me to give me my lab results for a few weeks. You have to call yourself if you don't get them. Also there is a young male front desk staff is very rude and unfriendly. Easy to make appointment.
