The front girls staff are very sweet and patient and helpful. The doctor here helped me solve my skin problems and she was really nice and patient as well. I will definitely recommend my friends and families to come to this dermatologist!

I visited the doctor Jennifer Sun today and had an excellent experience. She was incredibly kind, patient, and truly attentive. She explained everything clearly, took my concerns seriously, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the visit. She is not only highly professional but also very approachable — and honestly, she’s really beautiful too. I’m very grateful for her care and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a thoughtful and responsible doctor.

Those ladies or doctors have absolutely no knowledge of any skin disease. They don’t know what they’re doing and they don’t respect your privacy also, I wasted $45 to see her face for just 3 minutes, and it was for nothing! I should definitely ask for a refund..

This is my very first Google review. I usually don’t leave reviews, but my experience at Century Dermatology – 86th Street, Brooklyn was disappointing enough that I feel I should share it. First, the clinic itself looks nice and clean, and I was called in on time for my appointment. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill once the doctor came in. The doctor did not introduce herself and did not ask what I was there for. I had to explain that I had warts on my hand. She did not closely examine my hand and only asked how many warts I had without properly looking. She then decided to proceed with cryotherapy. Two weeks later, I returned for a follow-up. At the front desk, I was asked for a deposit, which was never mentioned during my first visit. After checking, they confirmed that my insurance was covered. When I saw the same doctor again, I told her that a few warts were missed during the first treatment. Her response was, “Why so many?” I found this comment unprofessional and unnecessary. I am seeking medical help and solutions, not judgment. Without any warning, she took a blade and began scraping the scabs without sanitizing my hand. After scraping, there was bleeding, and she proceeded with another round of cryotherapy on the warts that were missed the first time. She did not offer a bandage afterward—I had to ask for one myself. Overall, I was extremely disappointed by the doctor’s professionalism, communication, and bedside manner. This experience made me feel uncomfortable and not properly cared for as a patient. I would not return, and I hope the clinic takes patient care more seriously in the future.
