The first time I came here they prescribed me a strong ointment without telling me any of the possible side effects if using it, the second time I came here the people at the front desk was really rude , as well as the doctor who was talking to me like I was a fool. go somewhere else.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this clinic. It felt like I was being charged exorbitant fees for minimal service and consultation time. My initial visit lasted only like 10 minutes. The doctor prescribed two products. After two months I received an email from my healthcare and apparently this appointment costed $500 They insisted I return for a follow-up in two weeks. That appointment was even shorter—only about 5-8 minutes—and I was charged another $450 for what felt like no real examination or change in treatment. They then told me to come back again in another two weeks, "just in case." Luckily, I called and cancelled. If I hadn't, I likely would have been charged another $450-$500 for another 3-minute visit. The cost is not at all justified by the few minutes of time you get with the doctor. It felt like the practice was scheduling unnecessary follow-ups just to charge more money. I cannot recommend this practice. Be cautious.

Whenever I come to this place, it’s always very crowded since they accept walk-ins. Even if you have an appointment, you still have to wait quite a while. I’ve noticed one doctor often goes downstairs while other doctor seems to be handling everything upstairs. I honestly feel bad for that doctor trying to manage everything on her own. It sucks to wait til late afternoon only for the doctor to take a lunch break randomly. Maybe a set lunch time would be more fair for everyone. Don’t recommend this place, you will be better off somewhere else.

Unlike my previous experience, the treated area showed no signs of the expected skin peeling. 3. I asked for a full-body mole check, and the doctor declined, stating that it would require a separate appointment and that I should have clarified this when booking. I had, in fact, clearly stated to the front desk when I called that I was coming in for a follow-up and a mole check. Perhaps some internal communication improvements are needed. 4. Before leaving, I inquired about the cost and procedure for laser mole removal. At first, the doctor seemed reluctant to provide any details. It's ironic considering their website advertises “FREE Cosmetic Consultations.” Only after asking multiple times did I receive a clear explanation. To be fair, this review reflects my experience with one provider and not necessarily the entire staff or clinic. That said, I hope the management team considers reviewing their training standards — particularly when it comes to patient communication and engagement. To the doctor I saw: You seem intelligent and likely early in your career. If the rushed nature of this visit was intentional, I hope you find more fulfillment in your work going forward. If it was unintentional, I encourage you to take a bit more time with your patients. A few extra minutes of explanation can go a long way. To be honest, I got more useful information from ChatGPT than the visit.
