Especially we need to say that Ms Ally Fang is a very professional, hardworking, thoughtful person to work with. I had a very disappointing experience with them. I requested to cancel my policy, but they may have completely ignored my request, as I still received billing statements from the insurance company. When I contacted them for an explanation, their response was slow and unhelpful. Additionally, I requested a quote for a new policy, but after three days with no response, I had no choice but to switch to a different insurance agent. Their lack of professionalism and poor customer service made the entire process frustrating.

Ms.Zhang, disgusting attitude. Because I wanted to change my insurance to another company so they are like not letting me doing it, I asked for several times for informations I wanted and needed, but they are just not giving it to me. Why? Because I found another insurance that is more cheaper? Who don’t want cheaper stuff?
