I had a great experience with Certainty Tax Advisors and would recommend this firm to everyone. Paul, Jehan and their staff were very knowledgeable, professional, helpful, patient and saved me a lot of money over the years. Would give 6 stars if I could!

I would like to share my experience with Paul Carrano from Certainty Tax Advisors LLC, located at 8008 20th Ave., Brooklyn, NY.I initially contacted this accounting firm in November 2025 regarding unresolved tax matters spanning several years. At that time, I was informed about potential penalties and sought to either mitigate these penalties or settle the account to a zero balance. Upon my inquiry, I was assured by Anna, the receptionist, of the firm's professionalism and positive reputation. Additionally, online reviews seemed to corroborate this.However, over the past three months, I have encountered significant issues with communication and follow-up. Despite assurances that my case would be handled effectively without any upfront payments, I have received no updates or resolutions. This lack of responsiveness has left me with ongoing complications with the IRS.Given my experience, I feel compelled to rate this service poorly due to the lack of communication and unfulfilled promises. I would not recommend this accounting firm, as it appears they do not follow through on commitments, leaving clients in a state of uncertainty.I possess documentation, including text messages and emails, which detail my attempts to communicate with the firm. I also plan to file a complaint with the AICPA to bring attention to these issues, as they have caused considerable distress and complications. and I also heard from several of my friends that they had similar experience and Ill make sure that they will share their stories about this firm.
