Certified Translation

Went here with an emergency need for things to be translated quickly for immigration services. They got it to us the same day in only a few hours and were very nice and professional. Easy to get in contact with customer service as well. I couldn't have gotten it done as fast at any of the other places I called in Manhattan. They really saved the day for me. Wish I could give 6 stars!

I had a 2-page translation from Spanish to English and was shocked when I received the draft, which they send before certifying the final version. There were more than 20 errors, including basic misspellings of proper names and dates. I had to do it over again for them. The only reason I contacted this company was to get a Certified Translation requested by the government. I would certainly not recommend this company. EDIT: I´m increasing to 2-stars due to the prompt service, as promised by the merchant. However, the response from the merchant that I was trying to use the language used at the time of my old document is not accurate. First, even though the document was old it was still readable. Second, the language used back then IN THIS PARTICULAR DOCUMENT is pretty much the same as it is used today. Third, the initial draft even had some missing text, from the TITLE of the document (a very imp matter) to a full sentence that was completely left out on the third paragraph. The merchant can easily corroborate this and update his/her answer if need be. We stand by everything we said already. This translation was very unacceptable, particularly since it was from Spanish, such a common language. The merchant simply did not use a competent translator that particularly knew the regional language terms used in the translation. I mean, if I´m translating a document from Puerto Rico, then I´ll try to avoid using someone from Mexico or Spain since they most likely will not be familiar with the terminology used in that country.

I talked with so many customer service agents about the quality of the translation and how this document looks at their final update (I was no pleased with the final result) they kept sending me the same horrendous document they translated for me. Unfortunately this was my Bachelor degree (a very important document) I would not recommend this company. Specially if you need certified documents to pursue further education in the US

Low quality translation... literally, an AI tool can do better quality. Missed the deadline, terrible service, and an even worse customer service.
