This milk tea shop is amazing! The drinks are always smooth, flavorful, and freshly made. I really appreciate that they don’t rely on toppings — the tea itself tastes rich and satisfying. The sweetness level is just right, and you can really taste the quality of the ingredients. The staff are warm and welcoming, and the shop feels bright and relaxing. Definitely my go-to place whenever I crave a good milk tea!

Osmanthus oolong milk tea and dark milk tea were both amazing!!! Both 70% and 100% sweetness are great. Strong flavor and better than many of the popular NYC options. Would definitely come back to try other options. Also very good atmosphere in the shop.

I love this place! ChaHalo has quickly become one of my favorite bubble tea shops. The drinks are always fresh, flavorful, and not overly sweet. I especially love their signature milk tea — super smooth and perfectly balanced. The staff is friendly and the service is fast, even when it’s busy. The store is clean and cozy, a great spot to grab a drink with friends. Highly recommend!
