We came in 15m before closing with very little idea of what we wanted and the people behind the counter were so warm and helpful! We walked out with the perfect Christmas present for my husband. Bought a cuban chain link 5mm 22inch. Service was great, we had Ali. He was very knowledgeable and took good care of us. Was very patient with trying on a variety of chains. Would definitely recommend for purchase of nice chain jewelry!

Worst experience I’ve ever had in a jewelry store. I politely asked the owner not to scratch my chain while he was handling it and he started yelling at me, saying, “You don’t dictate how I do business.” He then proceeded to scratch the chain anyway. Completely unprofessional. I’ve purchased several chains here over the years, but after this interaction I will never be coming back and would not recommend anyone else shop here. Edit * It was your store — I double-checked the business photos online to confirm. I wouldn’t have minded the chain being scratched after we had mutually agreed on a price. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. The scratching was done prematurely while the piece was still being evaluated. When I politely asked that it not be scratched, I was berated instead of treated with basic respect. The owner — a grey-haired gentleman with glasses — was the one handling the transaction. The entire situation was unnecessary and extremely unprofessional. I’m even more saddened that the store can’t simply own up to what happened rather than acknowledge a mistake.
