Arun was recommended by the seller’s agent, as I did not have my own buyer’s agent. He was extremely thorough and patient. I had many many questions, being that it was my first time buying a home, a big big purchase and decision in life. Arun explained in great detail the contracts and paperwork and all necessary items. He even helped with last minute notary work! Arun was prompt with his replies, and did his best to accommodate me.
