Dr. Chang is the best doctor. My parents, siblings, relatives, and I had known her for years: I've been her patient since I was a baby until now, during my final year of high school. We NEVER experienced condescending treatment from her. DO NOT listen to any review from any spiteful, impatient parents who probably had a bad day. If a doctor is not suited for you, preferably go somewhere else instead of writing a false review about her character. She is very professional, knows exactly what she's doing, is able to explain the diagnosis, and would ask my mom questions with manners. Along with that, she would interact with children, ask us questions too about what went wrong, how our day was, how school was, what happened, etc. She is the doctor who is very understanding and genuinely cares about her work.

After reading the reviews after my visit I was actually really surprised. The doctor was polite and professional. She was direct and I feel she was completely tolerant and accepting of my son while he bounced around her office. I would not say that she is the coddling type but more on the getting to answers that will help her make an accurate diagnosis and develop a treatment plan accordingly. She did ask me more questions than she asked my son but she did ask him several questions and continued a dialogue with him throughout the visit. I appreciated the directness and the conversation regarding a treatment plan for my son and I have full faith in her ability to professionally carry out the necessary treatment plan and follow-ups. Only negative that I had was parking was a pain.

If I can give zero, I will. This is the worst pediatrician that I ever seen. She is extremely unprofessional, rude and even not listening to the situation. She treats my kid like dirt and not try to talk to the kid at all. All her office only cares about money and that's it. I wish I read all these reviews before seeing her. Completely waste of my time and hurt my kid a lot. I can not believe she got a license!
