I have had chronic shoulder pain for a long time. Dr. Chi explained why I have the pain and how I can improve. I've been seeing Dr. Chi for a couple of months, and my condition has gotten a lot better. He told me that I don't need to get treatment anymore and just need to exercise at home. However, I still go once a week for physical therapy. Highly recommended!

Referred by my friend, I just called around 4:50pm, the front desk lady speaking Chinese asking what’s my insurance name, I told her, and she said they take it, then I asked if I need to pay extra from my pocket, she replied: that’s your own insurance, how come you don’t know and ask me? I said: excuse me, if I know why do I need to call you? Then she goes: give me your insurance number, but now we are going to close (which they close at 5pm, still 10 min) and computer runs slow, call tmr. What a BAD front desk rep? Even doc is amazing I wouldn’t waste my time to visit!
