The owner Hugo takes your money and keeps it while he finds you a store front. A month later, nothing. At least he gave the money back, but this is no way of doing business. No decent and respectable real estate broker asks you for a down payment for doing his job and rent the properties for the people that has hired him to rent the properties. He is very scamish and I would not recommend.
