I had a wonderful visit. There was practically no waiting time. Dr. Lo and the nurses were friendly and professional. They answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend Dr.Lo for anyone looking for an optometrist.

I recently found out Charles B. Wang Community Health Center also offer dental and eye care services. I saw Dr. Judy Lo, an OD, today at their 125 Walker St location. Dr. Lo was friendly, professional and provided me with great service so much that I was willing to go to her office in Flushing, Queens for a follow up test instead of a referral nearby. I love all the doctors and staff at CBWCHC! And there is never a long wait time! CBWCHC definitely needs to advertise the services offered at their Walker St location!

Excellent community medical center, located in Chinatown and dedicated to serving Chinese families, but all are welcome. I bring my son to pediatrician Carolyn Chang. She is always kind and professional and extremely detailed and helpful. The supporting staff, including nurses, social workers and receptionists are all wonderful. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful experience at this dental office and truly appreciate the level of care I received. Dr. Gain Lu was incredibly thorough and took her time during the entire appointment. She carefully explained everything she was doing, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. What stood out the most was how detail-oriented and attentive she was. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her patients and takes pride in providing high-quality care. I never felt rushed, and the whole experience was very professional, calm, and reassuring. Her team was great too. The staff was also friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even better. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist who is patient, knowledgeable, and truly attentive to detail.

We had a great experience at the visits today. Dr.Au is always very patient, kind, and never makes us feel rushed during the visit. She listens carefully to our concerns and explains everything clearly. My child felt very comfortable with her. We’re very happy to have her as our pediatrician. We also saw Dr. Lo for an eye exam afterward, she is very patient and thorough. She is the eye doctor for both me and my child, and we’ve had great experiences with her. She makes the exams comfortable and stress-free. The front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
