I’m a new patient, and I’m so happy and grateful to have Dr. Jin Joo Hong as my provider. My friend recommended her and said she’s caring and sweet, which I completely agree with. Dr. Hong truly cares about her patients and really takes the time to get to know you. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a provider, especially if you’re hoping to find a doctor fluent in Korean! The receptionists and medical assistants are also very friendly and sweet. The facility is organized, clean, and spotless!

I’ve had consistently excellent experiences with Dr. Koky Sang at Charles B. Wang Community Health Center. Dr. Sang is thoughtful, patient, and genuinely attentive. I never feel rushed during appointments, and questions are always answered clearly and with care. My wife usually joins me during my visits, and she has always had a positive experience as well. Dr. Sang makes both of us feel comfortable and respected, which goes a long way in a healthcare setting. It’s reassuring to have a doctor who listens, explains things well, and clearly cares about their patients. I’m very grateful for the level of care we’ve received and would confidently recommend Dr. Sang to others.

Today is my first GYN visit at the new location and my first encounter with Dr. Valerie Chou I had a positive experience today 👏 First, I was impressed by the facility- spacious and clean Check in at the front desk was quick with no hassle. I pre-checked in on line. I had a 3p. Appointment and I arrived 10 minutes before scheduled. Wait time was brief. The team from front desk to nurse, to Dr. Chou are pleasant and efficient. I got out in 30 minutes 😃😃😃！ Thank you for the service and care!!

This can be a great place for most of your medical needs but all of that depends on the doctor you get. Most of the reviews are excellent due to them having good doctors that met their needs. I will say my experience here was okay. My PCP was someone young and I had a hard time communicating with him because I did not feel comfortable. I think it's important to have a general doctor that you can talk to especially when discussing your health. When I was told I had low thyroid I was recommended to go talk to an OB-GYN but I should have been recommended to see an endocrinologist. The person who was my OB-GYN was okay but soon right after a miscarriage, IVF was talked about which in many ways I should have considered but wasn't in the right mindset. When I tried to make an appointment with a dentist on a different floor the guy booking the appointment did not have the right attitude to be making any appointments. It felt like I had to speak with a tone to meet him at his level so a few days later I spoke with a nice lady over the phone and cancelled. So Charles B Wang again can be a good place but unfortunately this was not the right place for me.
